1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tku9 website accessible at tku9.io, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any future applications operated under the tku9 brand.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player to access tku9's real-money gaming and betting services.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the tku9 Platform in any capacity.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on tku9. Operating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a self-exclusion, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. tku9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold balances, and report the activity to relevant authorities where appropriate.

4 Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits on tku9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tku9 supports instant deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and selected debit card providers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your tku9 wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. tku9 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by tku9 within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are issued to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. tku9 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected.

5.3 Player Funds

Funds deposited into your tku9 wallet are held in a designated account separate from tku9's operational funds. This segregation is intended to protect Player balances. However, tku9 does not pay interest on Player balances and balances do not constitute a debt obligation in the conventional financial sense.

5.4 Failed or Disputed Transactions

Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated without first contacting tku9 support are a breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence solely with respect to the subject matter of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement on tku9 is twenty-five times (25x) the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity period will result in automatic expiry of the bonus and any associated winnings generated from bonus funds.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Exploitation

tku9 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Coordinating with other Players to hedge bets and reduce risk artificially to meet wagering requirements.

7 Gaming Rules and Betting Conduct

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tku9 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using tku9 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that represent the proceeds of criminal activity, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, false identities, or any other fraudulent means to deposit funds or claim bonuses.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tku9's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
